Morgan, trustee of the SMM Family Trust, has applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to add a 17' x 18' pierhead roof to the existing 16' x 17' pierhead, and remove the after-the-fact 3'x10.5' fish station. The purpose of the project is for private and recreational use, at 340 Distant Island Drive, Beaufort, SC on Distant Island Creek.
