PUBLIC NOTICE Mr. and Mrs. David Harrington have applied to SCDES BCM for a General Permit requesting to install a 3'-4'x135' bulkhead system for private use at 81 Port Tack on Palmetto Dunes Lagoon System in Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. The application also includes repairing the existing 5.9x14.6 private dock, tearing out and replacing existing deck boards with new (replacing pilings if necessary), replacing existing benches, and repairing existing 5x8.5 ramp.
