PUBLIC NOTICE The Knob Revocable Trust has applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to authorize replacement of the walkway and pierhead with Poly Step flooring and new handrails, to remove the sink station, to authorize after-the-fact a 10' x 12' pierhead with an existing 12' x 14' pierhead roof, and after-the-fact cantilevered benches and 3.75' x 3.75' boatlift access platform, and to add a proposed and replace the 3' x 24' aluminum ramp leading to a replaced 8' x 20' floating dock floored with Poly Step composite. The purpose of the project is for private and recreational use, at 52 Net Weavers Place, St. Helena, SC on Doe Point Creek. Comments will be received by the Bureau of Coastal Management, 1911 Boundary Street, Suite 104, Beaufort, SC 29902 until January 9, 2026.
