1.45% undivided interest in that certain Apartment and all of the personal property presently contained therein, lying and being on Hilton Head Island, Beaufort County, South Carolina, and being known as Apartment 2369 of the RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN PROPERTY REGIME NO. LXV, and being more particularly shown and described by reference to the Master Deed of RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN establishing said Horizontal Property Regime, said Deed being dated the 9th day of March 1978, and being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Beaufort County, South Carolina in Record Book 263 at Page 598 and re-recorded in Record Book 272 at Page 462. Also, a 1.45% undivided interest for Use Period 7 in all the rights privileges and common elements appertaining to the above-described Apartment.
AND: 2.56% undivided interest in that certain Apartment and all of the personal property presently contained therein, lying and being on Hilton Head Island, Beaufort County, South Carolina, and being known as Apartment 2369 of the RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN PROPERTY REGIME NO. LXV, and being more particularly shown and described by reference to the Master Deed of RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN establishing said Horizontal Property Regime, said Deed being dated the 9th day of March 1978, and being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Beaufort County, South Carolina in Record Book 263 at Page 598 and re-recorded in Record Book 272 at Page 462. Also, a 2.56% undivided interest for Use Period 27 in all the rights privileges and common elements appertaining to the above-described Apartment.
AND: 1.64% undivided interest in that certain Apartment and all of the personal property presently contained therein, lying and being on Hilton Head Island, Beaufort County, South Carolina, and being known as Apartment 2369 of the RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN PROPERTY REGIME NO. LXV, and being more particularly shown and described by reference to the Master Deed of RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN establishing said Horizontal Property Regime, said Deed being dated the 9th day of March 1978, and being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Beaufort County, South Carolina in Record Book 263 at Page 598 and re-recorded in Record Book 272 at Page 462. A 1.64, undivided interest for Use Period 8 in all the rights privileges and common elements appertaining to the above-described Apartment.
AND: The property that is the subject of this matter and to be foreclosed upon is described as follows: 5.12% undivided interest in that certain Apartment and all of the personal property presently contained therein, lying and being on Hilton Head Island, Beaufort County, South Carolina, and being known as Apartment 2369 of the RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN PROPERTY REGIME NO. LXV, and being more particularly shown and described by reference to the Master Deed of RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN establishing said Horizontal Property Regime, said Deed being dated the 9th day of March 1978, and being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Beaufort County, South Carolina in Record Book 263 at Page 598 and re-recorded in Record Book 272 at Page 462.And also a 5.12%, undivided interest for Use Periods 14 and 15 in all the rights privileges and common elements appertaining to the above-described Apartment.
AND: 2.46% undivided interest in that certain Apartment and all of the personal property presently contained therein, lying and being on Hilton Head Island, Beaufort County, South Carolina, and being known as Apartment 2369 of the RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN PROPERTY REGIME NO. LXV, and being more particularly shown and described by reference to the Master Deed of RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN establishing said Horizontal Property Regime, said Deed being dated the 9th day of March 1978, and being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Beaufort County, South Carolina in Record Book 263 at Page 598 and re-recorded in Record Book 272 at Page 462. A 2.41%, undivided interest for Use Period 16 in all the rights privileges and common elements appertaining to the above-described Apartment.
AND: 2.41% undivided interest in that certain Apartment and all of the personal property presently contained therein, lying and being on Hilton Head Island, Beaufort County, South Carolina, and being known as Apartment 2369 of the RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN PROPERTY REGIME NO. LXV, and being more particularly shown and described by reference to the Master Deed of RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN establishing said Horizontal Property Regime, said Deed being dated the 9th day of March 1978, and being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Beaufort County, South Carolina in Record Book 263 at Page 598 and re-recorded in Record Book 272 at Page 462. A 2.41%, undivided interest for Use Period 21 in all the rights privileges and common elements appertaining to the above-described Apartment.
AND: 1.84% undivided interest in that certain Apartment and all of the personal property presently contained therein, lying and being on Hilton Head Island, Beaufort County, South Carolina, and being known as Apartment 2369 of the RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN PROPERTY REGIME NO. LXV, and being more particularly shown and described by reference to the Master Deed of RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN establishing said Horizontal Property Regime, said Deed being dated the 9th day of March 1978, and being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Beaufort County, South Carolina in Record Book 263 at Page 598 and re-recorded in Record Book 272 at Page 462. AND: 3.85% undivided interest in that certain Apartment and all of the personal property presently contained therein, lying and being on Hilton Head Island, Beaufort County, South Carolina, and being known as Apartment 2369 of the RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN PROPERTY REGIME NO. LXV, and being more particularly shown and described by reference to the Master Deed of RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN establishing said Horizontal Property Regime, said Deed being dated the 9th day of March 1978, and being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Beaufort County, South Carolina in Record Book 263 at Page 598 and re-recorded in Record Book 272 at Page 462. A 3.85%, undivided interest for Use Periods 40 and 41 in all the rights privileges and common elements appertaining to the above-described Apartment.
AND: 1.45% undivided interest in that certain Apartment and all of the personal property presently contained therein, lying and being on Hilton Head Island, Beaufort County, South Carolina, and being known as Apartment 2369 of the RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN PROPERTY REGIME NO. LXV, and being more particularly shown and described by reference to the Master Deed of RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN establishing said Horizontal Property Regime, said Deed being dated the 9th day of March 1978, and being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Beaufort County, South Carolina in Record Book 263 at Page 598 and re-recorded in Record Book 272 at Page 462. A 1.45% undivided interest for Use Period 44 in all the rights privileges and common elements appertaining to the above-described Apartment.
AND: 0.82% undivided interest in that certain Apartment and all of the personal property presently contained therein, lying and being on Hilton Head Island, Beaufort County, South Carolina, and being known as Apartment 2369 of the RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN PROPERTY REGIME NO. LXV, and being more particularly shown and described by reference to the Master Deed of RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN establishing said Horizontal Property Regime, said Deed being dated the 9th day of March 1978, and being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Beaufort County, South Carolina in Record Book 263 at Page 598 and re-recorded in Record Book 272 at Page 462. A 0.87% undivided interest for Use Period 47 in all the rights privileges and common elements appertaining to the above-described Apartment.
AND: 2.32% undivided interest in that certain Apartment and all of the personal property presently contained therein, lying and being on Hilton Head Island, Beaufort County, South Carolina, and being known as Apartment 2369 of the RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN PROPERTY REGIME NO. LXV, and being more particularly shown and described by reference to the Master Deed of RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN establishing said Horizontal Property Regime, said Deed being dated the 9th day of March 1978, and being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Beaufort County, South Carolina in Record Book 263 at Page 598 and re-recorded in Record Book 272 at Page 462. A 2.32%, undivided interest for Use Periods 50 and 51 in all the rights privileges and common elements appertaining to the above-described Apartment.
AND: 2.01% undivided interest in that certain Apartment and all of the personal property presently contained therein, lying and being on Hilton Head Island, Beaufort County, South Carolina, and being known as Apartment 2369 of the RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN PROPERTY REGIME NO. LXV, and being more particularly shown and described by reference to the Master Deed of RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN establishing said Horizontal Property Regime, said Deed being dated the 9th day of March 1978, and being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Beaufort County, South Carolina in Record Book 263 at Page 598 and re-recorded in Record Book 272 at Page 462. A 2.01% undivided interest for Use Period 38 in all the rights privileges and common elements appertaining to the above-described Apartment.

TERMS OF SALE: A 5% deposit in certified funds is required. The deposit will be applied towards the purchase price unless the bidder defaults, in which case the deposit will be forfeited. If the successful bidder fails, or refuses, to make the required deposit on the day of sale or fails or refuses to comply with the bid within 30 days, then the property will be resold at the bidder's risk. No personal or deficiency judgment being demanded, the bidding will not remain open after the date of sale, but compliance with the bid may be made immediately. The successful bidder will be required to pay interest on the balance of the bid after the deposit is applied from date of sale to date of compliance with the bid at the rate of 8.3% per annum.
