Will add after the fact a 2'x9.7' sink area and after the fact a 6' x 12.5' floating boat storage device. Dock will be for private recreational use of the property owner at 24 Piccadilly Circle, Beaufort, Beaufort County, on and adjacent to Brickyard Creek.
