PUBLIC NOTICE The Family Trust of Errol Wayne Jernigan has applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to authorize rebuilding the dock on existing piles to include a new 524' walkway without handrails, a new 10' x 10' fixed pierhead with a proposed 12'x12' pierhead roof, new 4x24' aluminum ramp, leading to a new 10'x16' floating dock with the old 10'x17' floating boat storage re-attached. The purpose of the project is for private and recreational use, at 200 Little Horse Island Dive, St. Helena, SC on tributaries of the Harbor River.
