PUBLIC NOTICE The F Melvin Revocable Trust has applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to authorize after-the-fact a 16' x 16' uncovered pierhead and to add a proposed 4' x 24' aluminum ramp leading to a proposed 10' x 20' floating dock with a proposed 5' x 14' kayak launch. The purpose of the project is for private and recreational use, at 5 Pee Dee Point, St. Helena, SC on Jenkins Creek. Comments will be received by the Bureau of Coastal Management, 1911 Boundary Street, Suite 104, Beaufort, SC 29902 until December 14, 2025.
