Public Notice - GP-96-001 Marshes of Whale Branch Beaufort – Jasper Water and Sewer Authority will be applying to SCDES-SCBCM for a General Permit, GP-96-001: Directional boring for utilities. The boring will take place under the Marshes of Whale Branch. The total horizontal distance for the bores is approximately 1,815-LF (535-LF and 1280-LF respectively). The total anticipated length of pipe installed (i.e. accounting for depth of bores) is approximately 1,855-LF (555-LF and 1,300-LF respectively). The approximate location of the start of the project is 32.547975°, -80.731021° and the approximate location of the end of the project is 32.548241°, -80.726695°.
