To construct a new dock with a 4' x 30' walkway with handrails, an 8' x 10' pierhead, 2' x 4' sink, 2 benches, 3' x 24' ramp, 8' x 10' floating dock, 3' x 27' catwalk, and 12' x 13' 4-pile boatlift.
