NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing shall be held by the County Council of Jasper County, South Carolina (the "Council"), the governing body of Jasper County, South Carolina (the "County"), beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, December 15, 2025, at the Clementa C. Pinckney Government Building, 358 Third Avenue, Ridgeland, South Carolina, before final action by the Council to approve a Bond Ordinance to provide for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $150,000,000 in one or more series of general obligation bonds of Jasper County, South Carolina pursuant to the authority and direction of the favorable results of the referendum conducted on November 5, 2024; to prescribe the purposes for which the proceeds shall be expended; to provide for the payment thereof; and other matters relating thereto. At the public hearing all taxpayers and residents of Jasper County and other interested persons who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the ordinance.
