City of Beaufort NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Development Design Review (Sketch Plan) The City of Beaufort Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Monday, December 15, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers on the second floor at Beaufort City Hall, 1911 Boundary Street, Beaufort, S.C., to consider the following: The applicant, Conor Blaney with Ward Edwards Engineering Inc., agent for Novant Health, is requesting a sketch plan approval for a commercial development, including a medical facility, located at 396 Robert Smalls Parkway. Documents relating to these requests are available for public inspection between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.
