Kaufman, David Wong and if deceased, the heirs of David Wong, 2369 Racquet Club Owners Association and those unknown persons who are or who might claim to be an heir-at-law of any of the persons who are deceased or unknown being collectively designated herein as JOHN DOE and MARY ROE, including any unknown persons in the Armed Forces of the United States of America, including but not limited to any minors, person non Compos mentis and persons under disability of any kind or nature who might claim to be an heir-at-law of any of the persons named above, Defendants.

TO THE DEFENDANTS ABOVE-NAMED: YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to answer the Complaint in this action a copy of which is hereby served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer to the said complaint on the subscriber at, 1251 May River Road, Bluffton, South Carolina 29910 within thirty (30) days after service thereof, exclusive of the day of such service, and if you fail to appear and defend against the said action then judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. The Summons and Complaint was filed with the Beaufort County Court of Common Pleas on August 27, 2025.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced and is now pending in this Court by the Plaintiff above named against the Defendants above named to quiet title to the real properties described hereinafter. The premises effected by this action are situate in Beaufort County, South Carolina, and more fully described as follows; to wit: Undivided interest in that certain Apartment and all of the personal property presently contained therein, lying and being on Hilton Head Island, Beaufort County, South Carolina, and being known as Apartment 2369 of the RACQUET CLUB VILLAS AT HARBOUR TOWN PROPERTY REGIME NO. LXV and being more particularly shown and described by reference to the Master Deed of Harbour Enterprises establishing interval ownership scheme, said Deed being dated the 9th day of March 1978, and being recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Beaufort County, South Carolina, in Record Book 272 at Page 462. This Lis Pendens is filed against Use Periods 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 17, 22, 35, 37, 39, 42, 46 and 49 as described and set forth in the Declaration of Multiple Ownership Rights, Restrictions, Affirmative Obligations, conditions, etc. as described in the instrument recorded in the ROD in Deed Book 271 at Page 929. R550 017 000 117 2369 Address: 108 Lighthouse Road, Apt. 2369, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, 2992. Lis Pendens filed with the Beaufort County Court of Common Pleas on August 27, 2025.
NOTICE TO ALL UNKNOWN DEFENDANTS, MINORS, PERSONS IN THE ARMED SERVICES, INSANE PERSONS AND ALL OTHER PERSONS SUFFERING UNDER ANY DISABILITY
And to any thereof that may be residents or non-residents of South Carolina, and to the natural, general, testamentary or other guardian or committee thereof, and to the person with whom they reside or by whom they may be employed, if any there be, and to all other Defendants whose whereabouts cannot be ascertained. TAKE NOTICE that the Summons, Complaint, and Lis Pendens, were filed with the Clerk of Court on August 27, 2025, and Notice to Unknown Defendants and Persons Under Disability, was filed in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Beaufort County, South Carolina on August 27, 2025, and on or about that same date Collin H. Davidson, Esquire, was appointed Guardian ad Litem Nisi, his appointment to become absolute thirty (30) days after the service of the Summons. This Notice was filed with the Beaufort County Clerk of Court on August 27, 2025.
