Public Notice Lowcountry Area Transportation Study (LATS) FY 2024 – FY 2033 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Amendment Public Comment Period The Lowcountry Area Transportation Study (LATS), the transportation planning agency for the Bluffton – Hilton Head Island and Beaufort – Port Royal urbanized areas, is requesting the public to review and provide comments on proposed amendments to the FY 2024 – 2033 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The TIP is the short-term programming document that lists transportation improvement projects to receive funding in fiscal years 2024 – 2033. The report providing details of the proposed TIP amendments will be available for review on or before November 16th, 2025 at the Lowcountry Councils of Governments office and on the LCOG website at www.lowcountrycog.org. Any changes to the report will be posted on the website. The comment period starts on November 16th, 2025. Written comments on the proposed TIP amendments will be accepted until close of business on December 8th, 2025.
