PUBLIC NOTICE Mr. and Mrs. Roger Podesta have applied to SCDES BCM for a General Permit requesting after the fact authorization for the existing dock and bulkhead for private use at 93 Mooring Buoy on Palmetto Dunes Lagoon System in Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. The Bulkhead measurements are 3'-4'x137'. The Dock measurements are 10x12. The existing dock will be repaired by tearing out existing deck boards and replacing them in the same way (as existing dock). The existing pilings will be replaced, if necessary.
