Public Notice - Application Revised Amendment Monty A. Bates Sr. will has applied to DES-BCM for a permit to remove the existing 12' x 12' boat lift on the ebb side of the dock. To add a new 4' x 24' walkway extension and a new 5.2' x 16' platform to access a new 14' x 16' uncovered boatlift on the ebb side of the new walkway extension. To relocate the existing 3' x 24' ramp and rotate the 12' x 24' floating dock 90 degrees. The ramp and floating dock will be channelward of the new walkway extension. To propose as after-the-fact, the existing 3.7' x 2.1' cantilevered table, 4.2' x 10.9' platform to the existing 12' x 12' flood side boat lift, and 2.5' x 15' cantilevered sink attached to the existing pierhead for private and recreational use, at/in (19 Bay Point Road, St. Helena Island, SC, 29920 and Port Royal Sound.
