PUBLIC NOTICE Anthony Greco has applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to construct a dock for private use in Pigeon Point Creek. The dock walkway will be approx. 316' long and 4' wide with handrails leading to a covered fixed pierhead measuring 8'-4" by 8'-4". A 4' wide by 16' long aluminum gangway will access a 5' by 10' floating dock. A 4-pile boat lift measuring 12' by 13' will be constructed upstream with access to the lift granted by a 3' by 29' long catwalk without handrails. The purpose is to provide recreational water access at 1911 Darby Drive, Beaufort, SC 29902.
