PUBLIC NOTICE Annette Bey has applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to construct a 4'x420' walkway with handrails leading to a 10'x10' covered pierhead with water and electricity. Located to the flood side of the pier head will be a 3'x26' ramp leading to an 8'x17' floating dock. Located on the ebb side of the pier head is a 12'x13' 4 pile boatlift. The purpose of the dock is for private and recreational use at 10 Turnstone Drive South, Beaufort, on and adjacent to Broomfield Creek.
