PUBLIC NOTICE Derek and Leslie Ann Freeman have applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to construct a new 677' dock with handrails, 16' x 16' covered pierhead with benches and 2x10 fish station, 4' x 24' ramp leading to a 12' x 30' floater with a 12' x 13' four-post boatlift for private recreational use. The purpose of the work is for private and recreational use, at 185 Fripp Point Road, St Helena Island, SC on Village Creek. Comments will be received by the Bureau of Coastal Management, 1109 Boundary Street, Suite 104 Beaufort, SC 29902 until July 23, 2025.
