PUBLIC NOTICE The California Department of Conservation, Geologic Energy Management Division (CalGEM) issued on August 11, 2026, an Order of the State Oil and Gas Supervisor Order No. 1667 to Strata-X (V1250) for the plugging and abandonment of 3 wells in total, including one well in Tulare County on the Kingfisher lease and two wells in Kings County on the Eagle North and Mary Bellocchi leases, decommissioning of attendant facilities, and restoration of the well sites.
