Notice is hereby given that the City of Kerman Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 9, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter, at City Hall, Council Chambers, 850 S. Madera Ave. Kerman, CA, to consider the following items: Conditional Use Permit 2026-04, filed by the City of Kerman, Community Services Department, requesting approval of a conditional use permit for the development of the Kerman Area Multi-Generational Resiliency Center at 15101 W. Kearney Blvd., located on the south side of W. Kearney Blvd. between S. Third St. and S. Madera Ave., in Kerman, CA, zoned Mixed Use (MU) with a Mixed Use (MU) General Plan land use designation (APN: 023-360-18T and 023-360-16T). A Categorical Exemption under section 15332 of the CEQA Guidelines will be considered for the project. The public is invited to attend and give testimony.
