NOTICE OF Invitation for Bid (IFB) As- Needed Trash, Debris, Furniture, and Appliance Removal Services (2026-IFB-24) Contact: Rebecca Kelley, Procurement Analys t E-Mail: rkelley@fresnohousing.org Fresno Housing (FH) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive trash and debris hauling services, including unit trash-outs, furniture and appliance removal, and proper disposal of all collected materials. These services support a clean and safe environment for residents and staff. Contractors must perform all services in accordance with the solicitation specifications and applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Services will be funded through HUD funds, restricted funds, and other applicable City and State funding sources. This solicitation includes both prevailing wage and nonprevailing wage work. Applicable wage requirements will depend on the funding source, scope of work, and requirements governing each assignment. Contractors must comply with all wage, payroll recordkeeping, reporting, and other labor requirements applicable to the assigned work, as specified in the solicitation and contract documents. All bids must fully comply with the requirements and specifications set forth in the solicitation, including all incorporated attachments and addenda.
