NOTICE TO BIDDERS Bid No. 3000-26-002 CHARTER BUS SERVICES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sanger Unified School District (SUSD) is inviting REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL from licensed charter bus carriers to establish a pool of qualified carriers to provide transportation services to student and/or adult passengers on Sanger Unified School District (District) sanctioned activities utilizing either public or private funds. PLACE FOR SUBMITTING BIDS: RFPQ bids must be delivered to the District at the following location: 1905 7th Street, Sanger CA 93657. All bids must be sealed and marked with the title Bid No. 3000-26-002 CHARTER BUS SERVICES and addressed to Sanger Unified School District, Deborah Flores, 1905 7th Street, Sanger CA 93657, and received prior to 3:00 P.M. on November 13, 2026. Companies may obtain the RFP Documents from the District Website at https://www.sanger.k12.ca.us/departments/business-services/purchasing/. Facsimile (FAX) copies of the bid will not be accepted. The District intends to award contracts to one or more companies for Transportation Services for school activities such as, but not limited to, sporting events, field trips and other miscellaneous trips. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or any combination of proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities which may be legally waived. Bidders may not withdraw bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for opening of bids. Inquiries and Clarifications: The Service Provider is advised that all inquiries and clarifications about the RFPQ shall be submitted to the District in writing prior to November 5, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. The District will respond by November 10, 2026. Verbal communication by either party with regard to RFPQ is invalid. Inquiries shall be sent in writing to Deborah Flores at deborah_flores@sangerusd.net. Service Providers are solely responsible for ensuring that their written inquiry is received prior to this deadline and the District is not responsible for any delays or errors in delivery. Service Providers are responsible for reviewing the District's website and incorporating any and all clarifications provided therein into their bids.
