PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Pursuant to Fresno Municipal Code (FMC) Section 15-3308.B.4.a, this notice is for the following project: Tentative Tract Map No. 6561 and Planned Development Permit No. P26- 00807 ("Project"): Lorren Smith of Harbour & Associates, on behalf of Will Amador of Gary McDonald Homes, has filed the Project pertaining to approximately 4.96 acres of property located on the north side of East Nees Avenue, between North Chestnut and North Willow Avenues.
