NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY Fresno Unified School District FUSD CTE Ag Barn State Clearinghouse Number 2026091214 Notice is hereby given of the availability of following document: Draft Initial Study / Mitigated Negative Declaration for the FUSD CTE Ag Barn Project. The Fresno Unified School District proposes to develop a Career Technical Education (CTE) facility on an approximately 18.28-acre site located southwest of the intersection of East Kings Canyon Road and North Minnewawa Avenue in the City of Fresno. The project would support agricultural science, construction education, and cold-form metal fabrication programs and would include instructional facilities, crop production areas, livestock facilities, an instructional wastewater treatment system, a Country Store, a show barn, a black soldier fly composting facility, agricultural support facilities, and associated parking, internal roadways, utilities, landscaping, fencing, lighting, solar energy systems, and other supporting infrastructure. Construction would occur in two primary phases between 2027 and 2029 and may be implemented through up to four non-concurrent subphases depending on available funding.
