NOTICE OF Invitation for Bid ( IFB) Trade Services - As-Needed Unit Painting Services (2026-IFB-21) Fresno Housing (FH) is soliciting bids from qualified, licensed painting contractors to provide as-needed unit painting services at various public housing and affordable housing properties owned and/or managed by Fresno Housing. The work may include surface preparation, priming, patching minor surface imperfections, application of specified coatings, and final cleanup. Fresno Housing will provide the paint. Selected contractors shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation, incidental supplies, and other items necessary to complete the work in accordance with the IFB requirements. All work shall be performed in accordance with the IFB specifications, manufacturer recommendations, applicable building codes, OSHA requirements, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Contractors must possess a current and valid California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) C-33 Painting and Decorating Contractor license. Fresno Housing intends to establish a pool of qualified painting contractors capable of providing high-quality, timely, and cost-effective services on an as-needed basis. Contractors selected for the pool may be assigned work based on Fresno Housing's needs and in accordance with the assignment procedures established in the IFB. Inclusion in the contractor pool does not guarantee any minimum number of assignments or contract value. All bids submitted in response to this solicitation must comply with the requirements and specifications contained in the IFB.
