SUMMARY OF CITY OF SAN JOAQUIN ORDINANCE NO. 2026-04 Notice is hereby given that on August 4, 2026, at a regular meeting duly convened, the City Council of the City of San Joaquin adopted Ordinance No. 2026-04: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JOAQUIN, CALIFORNIA AMENDING SECTION 30.22 OF TITLE III, CHAPTER 30 OF THE SAN JOAQUIN MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING CITY COUNCIL COMPENSATION This ordinance changes the monthly compensation received by Councilmembers from $300.00 per month to the new amount of $950.00 per month. This compensation amount is within allowable limits set forth by Government Code Section 36516. An executed copy of Ordinance No. 2026-04 is available at the City Clerk's Office at City Hall, 21900 Colorado Ave, San Joaquin, CA 93660. The City Council approved Ordinance No. 2026-04 by a vote of 4 to 0 with Mayor Flores-Cornejo, Councilmember Covarrubia, Councilmember Lua, and Councilmember Ramirez voting yes.
