PARLIER UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP No. 2027-001 Culinary Consultant NOTICE OF INVITATION Notice is hereby given that Parlier Unified School District (DISTRICT) is soliciting Request for Proposals for RFP No. 2027-001, Culinary Consultant. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a Consultant to provide culinary services for one (1) year with the option of up to two (2) one-year renewals. A Pre-conference regarding statement of qualifications submittal is scheduled Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. PST. The virtual Pre-conference will be hosted via Zoom with options to join in online or over the phone. Proposals will be received prior to 12:01 P.M. PST on September 16, 2026 in the Parlier Unified School District District Office at 900 S. Newmark Ave., Parlier, CA 93648. Qualifications received later than the designated time and date will not be accepted. Facsimile (FAX), mailed or e-mailed copies of submittals will not be accepted. Proposals will not be read out loud as it is based on proposal criteria scoring.
