The proposed project includes modernization of the existing Norseman Elementary School campus located at 4636 E. Weldon Avenue, Fresno, California 93703, including demolition, renovation, and reconstruction of school facilities; construction of new classroom, early learning, and administration buildings; upgrades to outdoor learning and recreation areas; and improvements to parking, circulation, and student drop-off areas. The project would not increase student enrollment or campus capacity. The District has determined that, with implementation of mitigation measures identified in the Draft IS/MND, the project would not result in significant environmental impacts.
