The selected contractor(s) shall furnish qualified unarmed security personnel and related security services in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Invitation for Bid (IFB). Services may include, but are not limited to, on-site security personnel, mobile patrols, incident response, documentation, and related security support services. All bids must be submitted electronically through the Fresno Housing Procurement Portal no later than 4:00 PM (PDT), Monday, August 24, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
