NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS CITY OF DINUBA DINUBA PLANNING COMMISSION DINUBA CITY COUNCIL Planning Commission hearing: The Dinuba Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing to consider the following proposal: Application 2026-06. The project involves several requests, including Annexation and pre-zoning for a 38.7± acres site generally located on the west side of Road 92, south of Saginaw Avenue. When and Where? 6:30 pm, Tuesday, August 4, 2026 Council Chambers, Dinuba City Hall 405 E. El Monte Way Dinuba, CA 93618 Applicant: Mittry Farms Location: The site is generally located on the west side of Road 92 and the south side of Saginaw Avenue, east of the existing city limit boundary. The Assessor Parcel Numbers of the subject parcels are 013-090-008 and 013-090-078. Proposal: The project includes several requests with regard to the subject site, including: 1. Annexation of the site into the City of Dinuba and detachment from County Service Area No. 1 and the Kings River Conservation District. 2. Pre-zoning of the site to City of Dinuba zoning, including "R-1-6" (Single Family Residential) and "RM-2" (Multi-Family Residential). Notice is also given that an environmental assessment has been conducted for the project(s) identified above, consistent with CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act). The analysis determined that the project will not have significant impacts beyond those identified by the Environmental Impact Report that was prepared for the 2023 Focused Dinuba General Plan update. An Addendum to the EIR has been prepared. City Council Hearing If approved by the Planning Commission, the application will be considered in a public hearing by the Dinuba City Council on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 6:30 pm (or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard) in the Dinuba City Council chambers at 405 E.
