Public Notice Fresno Housing to Modify its Public Housing Agency Plans The Housing Authority of the City of Fresno and the Housing Authority of Fresno County (Fresno Housing) intends to modify the 2026 Annual Plan, Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP), and Housing Choice Voucher Administration Plan (Admin Plan), collectively referred to as the Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plans for 2027. The proposed PHA Plans will be available for review and public comment for 45 days at www.fresnohousing.org/plans-policies beginning July 27, 2026, and ending September 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
