BUDGET INSPECTION AND PUBLIC HEARING The proposed 2026-2027 budget of the State Center Community College will be available for inspection by the public during regular business hours beginning August 29, 2026 at the SCCCD Office of Finance and Administration, 1171 Fulton St. Floor 5, Fresno, CA 93721. A public hearing on the proposed 2026-2027 budget will be held by the governing board at 3:30 PM, September 1, 2026, at the State Center Community College District Board Room, 1171 Fulton Street, Fresno, CA 93721. Prior to the public hearing on the proposed budget, there will be a public hearing regarding the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) and Budget Overview.
