NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CLOVIS 2025 UWMP AND WSCP Pursuant to the California Water Code section 10642, the City Council of the City of Clovis will conduct a Public Hearing to take testimony regarding the adoption of the updated 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) and the Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP) for the City of Clovis. The hearing is scheduled for August 3, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Clovis City Council Chambers located at 1033 5th Street, Clovis, CA 93612.
