NOTICE OF ELECTION Elections Code §12112 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Consolidated Statewide General Election will be held in the City of Parlier on Tuesday, the 3rd day of November 2026, for the following offices: CITY TERMS Mayor, City of Parlier One (1) Full Term of Four (4) Years City Council Member District 2 One (1) Full Term of Four (4) Years City Council Member District 4 One (1) Full Term of Four (4) Years The qualifications of a nominee and of an elective officer of the district are as follows: An elector of the district, and a registered voter of the district at the time nomination papers are issued. Nomination papers for eligible candidates desiring to file for any of the elective offices may be obtained from the Fresno County Clerk/Registrar of Voters, 2221 Kern Street, Fresno, CA 93721. Nomination papers shall be available commencing on July 13, 2026, the 113th day before the election and shall be filed with the Fresno County Clerk/Registrar of Voters, either in person or by certified mail received not later than 5:00 p.m. on August 7, 2026, the 88th day before the election. If no one or only one person is nominated for an elected office, appointment to the elective office may be made as prescribed by Section 10229.
