MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION has been prepared by the City of Fresno Planning and Development Department resulting from an Initial Study and Environmental Assessment (EA) of the project described below: Environmental Assessment for Development Permit Application No. P25-03345 proposes to construct a trucking facility with a 20,440-square-foot enclosed truck wash and service building with office, a 150-stall truck parking lot, and a 453-unit mini-storage facility with an office and caretakers' residence, and associated ion and off-site improvements on the approximately 18.87-acre project site located at 6050 West Barstow Avenue; located on the northeast corner of Barstow Avenue and Contessa Avenue in the City and County of Fresno, California. The property is zoned BP/UGM/cz (Business Park/Urban Growth Management/conditions of zoning).
