NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Firebaugh-Las Deltas Unified School District Proposed Adoption of Development Fee Justification Study and Increase in Level 1 Development Fees PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Firebaugh-Las Deltas Unified School District will conduct a public hearing to consider adoption of a Development Fee Justification Study (Fee Study) and a proposed increase in its Level 1 development fees at its regular meeting to be held at 6:00 p.m. on June 11, 2026, at the Firebaugh High School Library Media Center, 1976 Morris Kyle Drive, Firebaugh, California. FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that following this public hearing, the Board of Trustees will consider resolutions to adopt its Fee Study and increase its Level 1 development fees as authorized by Education Code section 17620 and Government Code section 65995. The Fee Study with the data supporting the proposed increase of the development fees is available for review.
