NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Pursuant to Government Code Section 65854(b)(2), this notice is for the following project:
Rezone Application No. P26-00729: City of Fresno has filed P26-00729 pertaining to the ±3.30-acre property located on the south side of East Barstow Avenue, west of North Fresno Street. The project proposes to remove conditions of zoning placed on the property that limit development of the site. Removal of the conditions of zoning on the subject property will allow for future residential development.
