Proposals are due by May 27, 2026 by 3:00pm PST. Responses to questions will be an Addendum and posted to our website on May 22, 2026. It is the proposer's responsibility to check the website for Addenda. Services must be fully compliant with all applicable laws, policies, regulations, and requirements including District, City of Sanger, City of Fresno, Fresno County, State of California, and Federal. Each proposal must conform and be responsive to this Request for Proposal, and all other documents comprising the pertinent Contract Documents. Proposals must be submitted in the form of a sealed envelope containing three (3) hard copies of the vendor's proposal. Note on the outside of the envelope, "RFP #3000-26-001 due 05/27/26 by 3:00 PM."
