NOTICE BY THE KERMAN CITY COUNCIL OF ITS INTENT TO ADOPT ORDINANCE NO. 26-03 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 13, 2026 at 6:00 pm or as soon after as the matter may be heard, at its regular meeting held at City Hall, Council Chambers, 850 S. Madera Ave, Kerman, CA 93630, the City Council of the City of Kerman intends to adopt an Ordinance, entitled: Ordinance No. 26-03, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Kerman amending Section 2.55.060 of Title 2, Chapter 2.55 of the Kerman Municipal Code adjusting the boundaries of City Council Election District Nos. 1, 3, and 4 and adding annexed property to the City Council District Boundaries map. The ordinance was introduced by the City Council at its meeting of April 22, 2026. This ordinance amends Section 2.55.060 of the Kerman Municipal Code to update the boundaries of City Council election districts in response to recent annexations.
