NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter, as may be heard. The meeting will be held in the Governing Board Room of the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District Central Region Office. The Central Region Office is located at 1990 E. Gettysburg Avenue, Fresno, CA, 93726.

Reason for Requested Relief
Regular variance to allow the continued operation of the rendering facility with the backup boiler beyond the heat input limit of 30,000 MMBtu per year until a new boiler is installed
