NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP DOCUMENT A The Board of Trustees of the Central Unified School District of Fresno County, California invites and will receive sealed proposals for BID NO. 26-02-7700 for the award of Charter Bus Services on or before 11:00 A.M., (California Time Zone) per District timekeeping device on May 18, 2026, in the Transportation Department of Central Unified School District, 4200 N Grantland Avenue, Fresno, California 93723, at which time and place the bids will be opened and read. Bids must be accompanied by an original bidder's bond, cashier's check, or certified check in the amount of $3,000.00. The bidders bond or certified check shall be made payable to the Central Unified School District and shall be given as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract if awarded the work, and will be declared forfeited, paid to, or retained by the District as liquidated damages if the bidder refuses to neglects to enter into a contract on the terms of the accepted proposal within fourteen (14) calendar days after bidders notification of District's acceptance of the proposal.
