NOTICE BY THE KERMAN CITY COUNCIL OF ITS INTENT TO ADOPT ORDINANCE NO. 26-01 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 22, 2026 at 6:00 pm or as soon after as the matter may be heard, at its regular meeting held at City Hall, Council Chambers, 850 S. Madera Ave, Kerman, CA 93630, the City Council of the City of Kerman intends to adopt an Ordinance, entitled: Ordinance No. 26-01, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Kerman adding Chapter 5.60 relating to charitable car washes to Title 5 of the Kerman Municipal Code. The ordinance was introduced by the City Council at its meeting of April 8, 2026. The ordinance adds Chapter 5.60 relating to charitable car washes to Title 5 of the Kerman Municipal Code.
