NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public meeting of the City Council of the City of Coalinga acting as the Housing Successor Agency to the Coalinga Redevelopment Agency ("Housing Successor Agency") will be held on May 7, 2026, at 6:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers located at 155 W. Durian Avenue, Coalinga, CA 93210. The purpose of the meeting is for the City Council, acting as the Housing Successor Agency, to consider a Resolution authorizing the transfer of certain real property located at 180 N. Pierce Street, Coalinga, County of Fresno, California, identified as APN 071-123-18 ("Property"). The Property is known as Property (1) on the Coalinga Housing Successor Agency's approved Housing Asset Transfer Form ("HAT").
