PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Pursuant to Fresno Municipal Code (FMC) Section 15-3308.B.4.a, this notice is for the following project:
Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 6419, Plan Amendment-Rezone Application No. P24-00449, and Planned Development Permit Application No. P24-00452 (Project): This Project was submitted by Giannetta Engineering, on behalf of Gary McDonald Homes, which pertains to ±8.47 acres of property located on the northeast corner of East Copper Avenue and North Portofino Drive. The Project proposes to change the planned land use of the property from Commercial Community and Medium Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential and the corresponding zone district from CC and RS-4 to RS-5. Additionally, the Project requests authorization to subdivide the subject property into a 53-lot single-unit residential development and modified property development standards.
