CITY OF FRESNO PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT DRAFT 2026-2027 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PUBLIC COMMENT OPPORTUNITY The City of Fresno will receive approximately $11.6 million of federal funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Office of Community Planning and Development (HUD CPD) to fund programs and projects to implement the City's housing and community development strategies to benefit low- and moderate-income persons. The funds will be sub-awarded to programs and projects operated by City Departments or eligible organizations to address the most critical community needs outlined in the City's adopted 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan available at www.fresno.gov/housing. On April 13, 2026, the City will post a draft of the 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan to www.fresno.gov/housing for a 30-day public comment period to allow residents an opportunity to review and provide comment.
