NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 BUDGET
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the San Joaquin
Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District will hold a public hearing on or
after May 14, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will be conducted via video
teleconference and accessible from the District's Central Region Office (1990
East Gettysburg Avenue, Fresno, CA), Northern Region Office (4800 Enterprise
Way, Modesto, CA 95356), and Southern Region Office (34946 Flyover Court,
Bakersfield, CA 93308).
The exclusive purpose of this public hearing is to review the
District's Fiscal Year 2026–27 Budget and to provide members of the public an
opportunity to comment.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that all interested
persons desiring to be heard or present evidence on the budget may appear at
said hearing. A summary of the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Budget, supporting documents
and a schedule of fees necessary to fund District programs are available by request
