PUBLIC NOTICE The U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA) is considering a request for Federal assistance from the Table Mountain Rancheria for Revitalization of Table Mountain Rancheria's Friant Shopping Center in Friant, Fresno County, California. Pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), EDA is conducting an assessment of the potential of the proposed project to affect the environment and/or historic properties. The project will consist of replacing the current Friant Strip Mall with an updated modern shopping center on the same basic footprint. The project will be located at 17120 N. Friant Road, Friant, Ca 93626. Project information is available for review at Table Mountain Rancheria, Police Department, 23736 Sky Harbour Road, 559-325-0384.
