The Housing Element is the City’s housing plan and applies to all property in the City of Fresno. The Housing Element Annual Progress Report highlights the City’s progress on housing objectives, programs, and production during the previous year. The purpose of the hearing is to present the Annual Progress Report to the public and invite residents and stakeholders to provide feedback regarding the Report to City staff and policymakers. The hearing will be held on March 19, 2026 at 9:10 am or thereafter. By March 4, 2026, the City will make available a Public Review Draft of the 2025 Housing Element Annual Progress Report for a fifteen-day review and comment period at https:// www.fresno.gov/planning/housing-community-development/#housing-finance-production.
