Public Notice Accepting Pre-Applications for Low Income Public Housing and Affordable Housing Interest Lists Fresno Housing manages the Low Income Public Housing and Affordable Housing programs within the City and County of Fresno. The Low-Income Public Housing and Affordable Housing Programs provide below-market rents and the Public Housing program provides rental assistance to eligible low-income individuals and families, which helps them afford safe, quality housing. Fresno Housing will be opening its Interest Lists for multiple housing complexes. Anyone who is interested can fill out a pre-application online or in person to be added to the interest list.
