PUBLIC NOTICE Fresno Regional Workforce Development Board REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Adult Program Services Dislocated Worker Program Services for Program Year 2026-2027 The Fresno Regional Workforce Development Board (FRWDB) is soliciting proposals for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult and Dislocated Worker Service Providers for Fresno County. The Request for Proposals (RFPs) will be available for download on March 2, 2026, on the FRWDB website at www.frwdb.net. A mandatory virtual pre-proposal conference is scheduled for March 10, 2026. The conference will be conducted via Zoom. The time and link for the conference are provided in the proposal timeline in the RFP. Applicants who do not attend the mandatory conference will be ineligible to apply. All proposals must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 31, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
